Professional experiences

After my university diploma (Master in Biomedical Sciences, specialization 'Nutrition and Metabolism') I started working for a while to simultaneously start my long-standing dream of becoming a dietitian/nutritionist. During this professional period I gained a lot of knowledge about supplementation. Since 2022, this long-standing dream has been fulfilled and I opened my own practice. I will start at La Lys in March/April 2024, I got to know Rosy during the ACT training. I strongly believe in the power of multidisciplinary collaboration, hence my conscious choice to strengthen this team. Given my inexhaustible eagerness to learn, you can find me at any time of the year in a training course that concerns my expertise or you can regularly find me with my nose in the books when I am not giving sessions.

offer

Since I often work on the deeper layers of nutritional behavior in addition to nutrition itself, I like to call myself a nutritional therapist. We go step by step to the core to bring about sustainable change. My focus is on your health, I work weight-neutral, this does not mean that you should not have a desire to lose weight, I would like to explain this further during an introductory meeting.

You can contact us by telephone or email to arrange a free, no-obligation introductory meeting. We will look at your care needs and expectations together.

Depending on your needs, questions and expectations, a tailor-made proposal will be drawn up in terms of approach and frequency. A conversation lasts 45 minutes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the start of the session, you may be charged. Depending on age and health insurance, partial reimbursement is possible (for a number of sessions).
